Investment Approach

Emphasis will be placed on strong management teams, with the highest integrity, speed to market, and quality product development that will be backed by sufficient capital for continued market growth, revenues and profits. Our goal as a partner is to help foster growth organically by expanding to new geographical locations, new products development and through mergers & acquisitions. Below are our general investment criteria for investments in real estate and private equity:
Real Estate Investment Criteria
- Equity investment between $25MM-$200MM
- Larger markets that appeal to most institutional investors and offer greater liquidity;
- Strong long-term demand fundamentals;
- Opportunities to capitalize on market inefficiencies ;
- Investment horizon of 3 to 5 years;
- Willing to co-invest with like-minded partners.
Assets Preference:
- Commercial buildings
- Condominium development
- Commercial development/redevelopment
- Students and senior housing
- Hotels and Resorts
- Data Centers
**We prefer assets with stable cash-flows with substantial upside potential.
Private Equity Investment Criteria
- Equity investment between $25MM-$200MM
- Stable and growing businesses with significant upside;
- Proven operating management willing to stay long-term while participating in ownership;
- Strategically well positioned businesses relative to their competition;
- Primary activity in the United States;
- Companies that are seeking capital to fund rapid growth;
